HEAR FROM OUR TEAM

What It’s Like to Serve at Zoë Ministries

Every member of our team play a unique role in the story of restoration unfolding each day at Hannah’s House. While every experience is different, one thing remains the same: serving here is more than a job. It’s a calling.

It is a blessing to work under the leadership of the Founder and Executive Director who leads by example, setting out to model Christ in all that she does. As a result, this ministry incorporates biblical core values, therefore we have a team that does the same. It reminds me of the Lord’s Prayer petitioning God for it to be on Earth as it is in Heaven. Those of us at Hannah’s House have a front row seat to “on Earth as it is in Heaven,” as we get to witness girls once held captive, set free.

Donna Leffew, Clinical Director

“Working at Zoe has been one of the greatest honors of my life. Every day, I have the privilege of working alongside some of greatest women who are deeply committed to these girls. While this work is often challenging, it is also deeply meaningful, reminding me that even the smallest acts of faithfulness can have an eternal impact. I am humbled that God has allowed me to play a small part in stories of restoration that only He could write.”

Paula Donovan, Lead Direct Care Worker

“Working at Zoe is being able to be a vessel that the Lord can use to be a light in a child’s life that has been through trauma. It’s building relationships with sisters in Christ that stand together to lovingly support each other and girls that He leads to Zoe. All about Him never about us. It’s continual daily growth and commitment to His mission at Zoe Ministries.”

Direct Care Worker

“Working at Zoë Ministries is a profound privilege rooted in sharing the love of Jesus with girls who desperately need to know their worth and value. The work carries genuine emotional weight, witnessing the pain these girls carry, the scars that should never have been theirs to bear.  We are acutely aware that we are engaged in spiritual warfare daily, which deepens our understanding of why this mission matters and calls us to stand firm in our purpose. This work has transformed my own faith and spiritual journey in ways I never anticipated, drawing me closer to God’s heart and refining my trust in His timing and provision. I know with certainty that I am exactly where God has called me to be, and He has graciously equipped me with the skills, abilities, and passion necessary to serve effectively in this ministry. I am honored to do so with an extraordinary group of godly women who support and encourage each other.”

JOIN THE MISSION

More Than a Career. A Calling.

Each day, our team has the privilege of walking alongside young women as they discover healing, hope, abd lasting freedom. If you feel called to use your gifts in a trauma-informed ministry, we’d be honored to have you explore joining our team.

ENCOURAGE OUR TEAM

A Few Words Can Make a Difference.

Encouragement has a way of strengthening those who spend their lives strengthening others. If a member of our team has impacted your life, we’d be honored to share your words with them.
