Hannah’s House is Delaware’s first and only therapeutic residential program for biological female survivors of sex trafficking ages 12-18. Here healing begins in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where every resident is known, valued, and supported.
The Story Behind the Name:
Inspired by Hannah’s story in 1 Samuel 1, this home stands as a reminder that God’s gifts are meant to glorify Him. Hannah’s House was a miraculous provision, and we have dedicated it back to the Lord, trusting Him to bring hope and healing to every girl who enters.

Our Team

The Program
Every survivor’s journey is unique. That’s why we provide holistic, trauma-informed care that addresses the underlying effects of trauma while nurturing healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
Our Horses
An integral part of our holistic treatment model, Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy and mentorship provide residents with opportunities to build trust, develop confidence, and experience healing through meaningful connections.
His Presence Built This Home
God always accomplishes His plans. With us, through us, and often in ways far beyond what we could have imagined.
Hannah’s House did not open because the path was easy. It opened because God made a way.
For years, this home was carried in prayer before it was ever filled with residents. There were obstacles that seemed too big, needs that seemed too great, and moments when we wondered what the timeline would look like. But again and again, the Lord provided. He brought the right people, opened the right doors, supplied what was needed, and surrounded this vision with those willing to say yes.

Every lyric declares what we know to be true: God is in this house. He was in the prayers before the doors opened. He was in the provision. He was in the approvals. He was in every act of generosity, every volunteer hour, every donor gift, every staff member who stepped forward, and every moment that reminded us this was never ours to build alone.
Today, Hannah’s House stands as a place of safety, healing, and hope for girls who have survived the unimaginable. And as residents walk through these doors, we remember with grateful hearts that this house was built by the faithfulness of God.
