The Hannah's House Program

At Hannah’s House, we are dedicated to ensuring that every resident experiences the transformative love of Jesus within our home. Our carefully crafted program is designed with specific objectives for each graduate, informed by our insights into the experiences of Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking (DMST) survivors and the inherent hope that resides in each of them.

Our vision is for each resident to: discover her true identity, renew her hope for a bright future, and identify and reject counterfeit love.

RESTORE

Program Milestones

As we walk with each resident through her healing journey, her care team will regularly assess her progress to ensure she is moving in a healthy direction. Her care team will include a clinical counselor and case manager who will evaluate her based on the following treatment goals:

REACH ACCEPTANCE

Upon arrival at Hannah’s House, each resident is warmly welcomed into a calm and pressure-free environment where she can begin to feel safe. We understand that this transition may be difficult, so our staff focuses on building trust and stability, allowing her the space to consider the imminent changes this transition will bring. We are intentional about fostering a sense of security so she can prepare for the healing journey ahead.

ENGAGE IN THE PROCESS

As residents grow more comfortable in their new environment, they begin to embrace the healing journey and contemplate changes that bring peace, restoration, and a renewed sense of self. During this phase, motivation increases, hope begins to take root, and a sense of belonging develops. By actively engaging in the process, residents take meaningful steps toward healing and transformation.

STRIVE FOR CHANGE

Residents have embraced the challenges ahead and are fully engaged in their healing journey. With a growing sense of inherent self-worth and firm belief in a hopeful future, they are fully immersed in the work of transformation. This phase is marked by deep personal growth as they begin to discover their new identity and reclaim their strength.

TAKE BACK WHAT WAS STOLEN

The past no longer defines her. She recognizes the injustices she has faced while also embracing the strength she has gained. Empowered and resilient, she is ready to integrate her therapeutic progress and life skills to reclaim her future. With confidence and courage, she takes ownership of her journey and steps fully into the life she was meant to live.

ON THE PATH

Fully embracing her journey, she is now on the path to a brighter future. She is meeting milestones, building confidence, and developing new skills that reflect her growing sense of identity. With each passing day, she sees the fruit of her hard work. Both she and our staff witness the powerful transformation that has taken place in her life.

READINESS FOR TRANSITION

With her goals achieved and a strong foundation in place, she is now preparing for the next step in her journey. With the support of our staff, she is assessing her readiness to transition back into her community, feeling empowered and equipped for the future. Her gifts and talents have been nurtured, healthy relationships have been formed, and she is stepping confidently into a future full of hope and possibility.

EMBRACE NEW LIFE

She is ready to embrace new life outside of Hannah’s House. During this critical phase, our staff supports this young lady as she transitions to her new environment. Her team has worked diligently to help her prepare for this day. The staff at Hannah’s House celebrates her success and commits to helping bridge the gap through transitional support. She is moving in her new identity, ready to embrace the future with hope!
