Yolanda Schlabach

Executive Director
Yolanda is a Registered Nurse, having worked in labor and delivery and N.I.C.U. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Management from Regent University in 2004, then graduated from Liberty University with a Master’s in Human Services & Counseling. Yolanda attended the University of Maryland, earning a Certificate in Working with Survivors of Violence, Trauma and Torture. She is currently enrolled in a doctorate program for community counseling and trauma.

Yolanda served as a member of Delaware’s Human Trafficking Coordinating Council and Co-Chair of the Victim Services Committee form 2015-2017. She is the Founder of DelCAT—the Delaware Coalition Against Trafficking.

Yolanda has served as Executive Director of Zoë Ministries, Inc. since 2012, when the organization received 501©3 status. For the past several years, she has spent her time engaged in public awareness and professional training and education to bring the reality of human trafficking to the forefront in Delaware. The organization’s goal is to bring long-term housing and aftercare for trafficking survivors to DE.

Tammy Holland

Assistant Executive Director
Tammy Holland currently serves as Assistant Director and Clinical Counselor for Zoe Ministries Inc. Tammy has been involved in sex trafficking efforts since 2013. Her experiences include working with Wellspring Living in Georgia, and Rahab Ministries in Ohio. She moved to Delaware in 2018 with her husband and two sons.

Tammy holds two master’s degrees, one in College Student Personnel, and the other in Professional Counseling. She has been trained and is certified in EAGALA. This is a psychotherapy model where horses play an integral role in the sessions. She also has a certification in trauma.

She has a deep desire to bring healing and hope to survivors of sex trafficking, and to help prevent the vulnerable from being exploited. She believes that healing happens in healthy relationships and through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Sharon Stevens

Education Coordinator
Currently, Sharon serves as the Spiritual Director and Education Coordinator for Zoë Ministries, Inc. She is a passionate disciple of Jesus Christ who has a heart for teens and women, evident in her former Ladies’ Night Out women’s ministry and current youth leader position at Slaughter Neck UMC, where she additionally serves as pianist and worship leader. She has previously been employed by Delmarva Christian Schools as a psychology teacher and community group facilitator. Sharon has served as Community Lay Director on the board of the Chesapeake Walk to Emmaus, of which she has been an active member since 1995.

In 1992, she earned a bachelor degree in education from Salisbury State University, followed by a bachelor degree in theology in 2015 from Christian World College of Theology.

Courtney Mills

Volunteer Coordinator
Courtney is a servant leader in her role as Volunteer Coordinator at Zoë Ministries, Inc. She communicates the culture of serving clearly through effective training and on-boarding. Prior to joining Zoë Ministries, Courtney worked as a paralegal at the debt defense law firm, Mary Higgins, LLC. She has co-led a mission trip to El Salvador and empowered others to join in various volunteer events. She serves actively at Journey Church and loves the opportunity to meet new people, travel to new places, and laugh at inappropriate times.

Courtney earned a bachelor degree in Business Administration from Goldey Beacom College in 2018 and a certificate in Ministry Intensive Leadership in 2019.

Stephanie Kearns

Office Admin
Stephanie serves as the Executive Office Administrator at Zoë Ministries, INC. In addition to her work with Zoë, Stephanie serves on a Lead Team at PODD church, as the head of the Production Team, and serves on their Creative Team. She also serves at TLC church, as their bookkeeper.

Prior to joining the Zoë Team, Stephanie has held positions as an event coordinator at The Duncan Center, as the member care specialist at Breakthrough Personal Coaching, as a store manager at a retail store, and as an assistant teacher at a private academy.

Stephanie holds a Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Science from Wilmington University, and has plans to return to complete a Masters in Marketing.
