    PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Maxine Cooper — as she's identified on a phony Delaware driver’s license — told jurors Tuesday that she met Troy Footman two years ago on a Boston street when she was 14. He bought sandwiches for her and her friends and gave her his number. He urged her to call if she ever needed help. She told him she was 18; he said he was 37.
